Kristin Kinnamon has 20+ years of experience communicating with the public in print and online – first as a journalist, and then as a Public Information Officer, website content and communications manager for local government agencies. Her UX consulting business, Kinnamon Communications, works with local governments and nonprofits to assess and improve their websites and online tools.
Her first project after getting a graduate certificate in User-Centered Design from the University of Washington was a new WordPress website for a local nonprofit . She also manages a community bike shop’s WordPress.com website.
