Nathan Letsinger
Nathan Letsinger is the product lead at Grist, where he is responsible for the design and development of Grist’s digital products. He’s been obsessed with web design, user experience, and metrics since 1996, when he built his first website. Over the course of his career he has served as a consultant, educator, marketing manager, editor-in-chief, and product manager. He’s been working with WordPress since 2011.
Jeremy Felt
Jeremy builds with WordPress for Washington State University. A self described open source student (no party like it), he is the maintainer of VVV and a guest committer to WordPress core. His days are spent creating an open source multi-network platform for universities and every so often spends a weekend crafting homebrews.
He has many thoughts on the benefits of free and open source software, especially for large organizations, and you should ask about them. And if you’re looking to start contributing to open source, raise your hand.
Josh Kadis
Josh Kadis is the director of product development for Alley Interactive, a WordPress.com VIP partner agency focused on news media clients. At Alley, he brings internally developed technologies to market and advises clients on their long-term product strategy. Prior to joining Alley, he was a senior technologist at Quartz, where he developed the site’s custom WordPress API and numerous plugins for internal teams.
Evan Cordulack
Evan is a Software Development Manager at the Seattle Times. He was part of the team that used WordPress to launch the new Seattle Times website in February 2015. Before moving to Seattle, Evan spent a long time in Virginia finishing a PhD in American Studies and helping faculty and students use WordPress at the College of William & Mary.

Jake Goldman
Jake is the President of 10up, a full service digital agency that makes web publishing and content management simple and fun. At 10up, he serves name brand clients like ESPN, NBC Universal, TechCrunch, AMC, and Google. In just over 4 years, Jake built 10up from 1 to more than 100 full time employees. Jake has been quoted on publications like c|net, written for Smashing Magazine, taught at Boston University, and presented at conferences around the country. He is a core contributor to WordPress, maintains some highly rated WordPress plug-ins, and organizes the Sacramento WordPress Meetup.
Taylor McCaslin
Taylor McCaslin is a Product Manager living in Austin, Texas. He currently works at WP Engine, a managed hosting platform for websites and apps built with WordPress. WordPress has been Taylor’s platform of choice for over 5 years. He even paid his way through college by freelancing as a WordPress developer! Since then, Taylor has created custom WordPress themes and plugins for a large range of clients from SMBs to multinational corporations. Previously, Taylor helped people find jobs as an Interaction Designer at the world’s largest job search engine, Indeed.com. Before that, he worked as a Product Design Intern at Bazaarvoice. Taylor graduated from UT Austin in 2013, where he studied business, digital art and media, theatre, and computer science. Bob Dunn
Bob Dunn is a WordPress trainer and coach at BobWP.com. His background as the owner of an award winning marketing company since the early 90s, coupled with his experience as a WordPress user and trainer since 2007, have brought him insights that he regularly shares with clients and users.
A big fan of empowering WordPress users through education, Bob teaches workshops in Seattle and Bellevue, provides group training for businesses and organizations, and offers online one-on-one coaching for individuals.
Bob has been blogging for six years and is the host of his own podcast, WordPress Breakdown. He has taught more than 160 workshops in the Puget Sound area and has been a speaker at numerous conferences and WordCamps. Amanda Blum
Amanda is a past lead organizer of a various WordCamps, and a speaker at WordCamps and WP Meetups all over the world. She helps companies execute strategy and sites that makes the best use of technology and sustainable processes. She talks about information architecture, bending the WP workflow to your will, and how to keep clients from f’ing up the sites you make them.
When not Pressing, she makes pickles, knits scarves and manages her batshit crazy doberman Clementine in Portland, Oregon.

Jeff Brock is a charismatic, right-and-left-brained communicator with 18 years expertise in web design, web development, and photography. A WordPress fanatic since version 2.6 in 2008, he has spoken at WordCamps in Seattle and Vancouver, B.C.
Jeff owns Jeff Brock Studio, whose many Pacific Northwest WordPress clients include Intel, zulily, the Northwest Flower & Garden Show, and Oregon’s Health CO-OP. A Stanford University graduate, Jeff is committed to social change. He worked at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation for a decade as webmaster, and is proud to build WordPress sites for nonprofits such as Equal Rights Advocates, DaVita Village Trust, and the BioBricks Foundation.

Matt Johnson is co-founder and managing partner of Alley Interactive, a design and development agency in New York City that works with large media companies and content-producing nonprofits. Matt has led the development of large content sites in both Drupal and WordPress (focusing mainly on WP the last few years), including The New Republic, Jewish Telegraphic Agency, Chalkbeat, Foreign Policy Magazine, and Kveller.com. When people ask Morten what he does for a living he usually answers that he spends a lot of time alone in a big black box in his office. As a staff author at lynda.com he has developed and recorded more than 50 online courses on WordPress and front-end development, and every day he learns new things about WordPress and figures out how to make them understandable to everyone else. When he’s not recording a lynda.com course he is an instructor at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, a lead organizer of the Vancouver WordPress Meetup Group, a contributor to WordPress Core, and an avid ballroom dancer. Eric Amundson founded IvyCat in 2002 and is the team’s lead web strategist and user-experience designer. He began developing with WordPress in early 2005, and had found his niche, loving both the software and the community.
Eric’s company specializes in WordPress development, maintenance, and support and they’ve grown a one-person freelance web design shop to a small, focused team of nine people.
Eric co-organizes the Seattle WordPress Docs Sprint and the South Sound WordPress Meetup, and stays active in the WordPress Community in the Pacific Northwest by sponsoring, attending, and speaking at WordPress Meetups and WordCamps.
