Heather is a tech teacher and trainer who focuses on helping people become comfortable and confident online. She co-hosts a WordPress meetup called Tech It Easy With WordPress to help beginning users on the Eastside and has just launched a training website called Small Business Technology Academy to provide information and support to the people who need it most. Her goal is to translate the Geek into English so others can make technology work for them. Outside of tech, Heather loves to spend time with her family camping, backpacking, kayaking and biking.
