{"id":168,"date":"2015-01-01T22:56:54","date_gmt":"2015-01-01T22:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2015-experienced.seattle.wordcamp.org\/?page_id=168"},"modified":"2015-03-09T21:28:11","modified_gmt":"2015-03-10T04:28:11","slug":"contributor-day","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/seattle.wordcamp.org\/2015-experienced\/contributor-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Contributor Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Contributor Day will be held on\u00a0<strong>Sunday, March 29 <\/strong>from<strong>\u00a09:30 a.m <\/strong>to<strong> 4:00pm<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0<strong>Seattle Pacific University<\/strong>.\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">We&#8217;ll be in <\/span><strong><a style=\"line-height: 1.5\" href=\"http:\/\/www.spu.edu\/info\/buildings\/weter\/\">Weter Hall<\/a><\/strong>, rooms 201 and 202<span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">, directly across from Gwinn Commons\u00a0(where the main conference meets on Saturday).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Contributor Days are casual events where people of all skills and experience levels can\u00a0give back to the WordPress community. We&#8217;ll be working in teams to improve WordPress&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/docs\">documentation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/polyglots\">translations<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/core\/handbook\">code<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/ui\">design<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/support\">support<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/meta\/handbook\">official websites<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is welcome, and the only thing you need is a desire to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smashingmagazine.com\/2013\/05\/10\/contributing-to-wordpress\/\">give back to the community<\/a>.
